What we do
RedHat Executive places the leaders who run the finance function — CFO, CCO, COO, FD and FC — into media, marketing and private-capital-backed businesses. We work as a trusted partner to PE and VC firms as well as some of the world's largest marketing networks and independent agencies. No retainer.
No long engagement.
Just the right person, introduced.

Since 2002, we have known the right people.
CFO. CCO. COO. FD & FC. The people who sit closest to the money and the board — and the hardest seats to get right. This is the only search we do, which is exactly why we're good at it.
In the market for a senior role and still don’t know us?
If you’re confident in your ability to deliver, you don’t need to charge upfront.
If you're confident you can deliver, you don't need to lock a client in before you've done anything. That's the whole reason RedHat Executive doesn't do retainers. You only pay when we're right.
Hiring for top roles in media and marketing? We already know who you're looking for.
